This Privacy Policy explains what information Bingo Loot ("the Game", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Bingo Loot is published at bingoloot.us. By playing the Game you agree to this policy.

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, or any payment card details. Payments are processed entirely by the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store); we never see your payment method.

These providers act as processors for us and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
The Game offers optional in-app purchases of virtual currency ("coins") and virtual items. Virtual currency and items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you for use inside the Game only. Purchases are consumed in-game and are generally non-refundable except as required by the app store's policies or applicable law.
Bingo Loot is a casual game that includes simulated bingo-style gameplay with virtual currency. It does not offer real-money gambling or an opportunity to win real money or prizes. The Game is intended for an adult audience (18+).
The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Account data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@bingoloot.us from within the Game's support option, including your player ID (shown in the Game's settings). We will delete the data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@bingoloot.us. We do not sell or "share" (as defined by the CPRA) personal information.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to production data is limited to the operator of the Game.
Our servers and service providers may be located in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Game or on this page, and the effective date above will be updated.
